Ananda means ‘Bliss’ and this beautiful therapy is my signature integrated massage combining techniques from Abhyanga and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage.  An abundance of warm herbal oil is used with hands and forearms over the body in a choreographed flow that produces a feeling of pure Bliss.

    First off I want to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I’ve had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Appreciate it!

      Hello! Thank you for your feedback and great question! Quieting the mind is a very common challenge among us in this day and age. What I have found most helpful is pranayama, or deep breathing. Slowing down and deepening the breath really helps connect the mind to slowing down too. THeres a lot of good guided meditations too that can help when you are trying to change your energy. I have found some on you tube, but I usually use the one given to me by my guru Amma. I’d love to stay connected if you do social media.
